My client is a growing consultancy with an enviable network and reputation within the Central London market. They work on a variety of schemes for commercial investors, property funds, private companies and high net worth individuals
In their first year of trading they achieved 175% of their targeted turnover and going in to their second year are targeting a 40% increase on this year.
As an Assistant you will be supporting the Project Managers in the delivery of development and refurbishment projects They will lead and deliver complex projects, securing planning consent, managing the design process, procurement and construction phases.
You will hold a suitable construction qualification and can demonstrate a minimum of two years’ experience working as an Assistant Project Manager on commercial / Residential / mixed-use projects. You be proactive in your approach and demonstrate an ambition to develop your knowledge and progress your career. This would ideally seek an individual who has had exposure working for a contractor and keen to move in to a consultancy role or a candidate with construction consultancy experience.
