The Company

The leading global construction consultancy is seeking to recruit an Associate Director to work in their Oxford / London office. Due to specific growth demand within the healthcare sector they have successfully secured positions with many high profile clients and are looking to strengthen their team.

The Role

As Associate Director you will lead a team of experienced Project Managers in the delivery of a large programme of works for key clients across London and Oxford. As project lead you will enjoy a high level of client exposure and the opportunity to develop repeat business through delivery excellence. This is a £100m+ programme of works which includes several buildings ranging from Satellite Testing Facilities to flexible research laboratories.

You will be involved in the P&L management of the client account and will have wider responsibility of the growth of the wider PM team.

The Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate experience of leading and delivering complex projects within the health and science sectors. Experience of administering NEC Option A Contract is essential. You will possess proven staff management capability of a high performing team and experience in client account management including profitable management of fees.

You will possess a relevant construction related degree and hold an appropriate professional qualification such as RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or equivalent institution. You are also required to hold a CSCS card and planning and programming skills with experience in MS Project / Asta / Primavera.
