This post will be integral to the smooth running of jobs from inception to completion, aspiring to the highest standards of contemporary architectural design, conservation, graphic presentation and delivery. The role holder will be expected to work effectively with minimum supervision to manage and develop client relationships, mentor/assist team members and take full accountability for the financial performance of their jobs, as well as hands-on job running. They will be expected to lead by example and act as a source of advice and guidance to other fee-earning members of the team. The role holder must be able to address the challenges of working within a growing office environment, assisting with the development of the studio.

Conservation Accredited Architect – Oxford

Essential requirement: Experienced in Conservation

The successful candidate will be a Conservation accredited Architect with three or more years of experience to work in their newly opened Oxford office, working as part of a growing team.

The individual will play a key role in business development ensuring the smooth running of the team’s projects from sketch scheme, statutory consent, technical design, tendering, site operations and post contract administration. This role is aimed at an individual seeking to develop a career within architecture focusing on conservation and building within sensitive settings. This architectural role requires an ability to work with minimum supervision to ‘get things done’, and will suit a focused and motivated self-starter who has client liaison, design, report writing and job running skills, with a view to further developing these in a challenging yet supportive environment.
