Job Title: M&E Contracts Manager

Location: South London

Salary: £23 per hour

Start: ASAP

The Company

A proven name in the facilities management industry, the company have worked with a range of high profile clients over the years. 2019 is once again shaping up to be a productive year as the company seeks to continue to grow and win further business.

The Role

Typical duties will include:

  • Organising maintenance or reconditioning of facilities as and when required
  • Preparation of all sub contractors contracts
  • Signing off all purchases of relevant equipment
  • Ensuring a safe work environment is provided for all staff and all H&E guidelines are adhered too
  • Putting together contract bids
  • Carrying out inspections of facilities and equipment to establish level of service required
  • Implementing plans of best practice on site
  • Undertaking compliance audits and carrying out corrective work where required

The Requirements.

Ideally you will have:

  • A background of managing Critical Facilities
  • Past history of delivering weekly and monthly reports
  • Previous experience of facilities management for companies who pride themselves on customer service
  • Great communication skills and be approachable
  • Strong IT skills, notably with MS Office understanding
  • Commercial knowledge
  • A strong leadership style and know how to lead meetings
  • Adaptability and ability to think on your feet
  • Residence in and around the South London area
  • The ability to build relationship with clients
