The company

We are currently seeking a Leakage Analyst to work for a leading Water Company in the South of England.

Highfield have successfully placed Leakage Technicians, Transport Managers and a range of operational staff into the business over the last 12 months.

Their aim is to be the water company people want to be supplied by and want to work for.

The position

The role involves the monitoring and analysis of sensor data to inform targeted leakage interventions. The Leakage Analyst will work closely with other parts of the organisation to ensure that we meet the leakage ODI and deliver the AMP7 business plan objectives.

Managing leakage sensor data in a water distribution area you will be responsible for analysis, interpretation and coordinating the response.

Could this role be for you?

The role requires quick response to changing leakage circumstances and being able to prioritise work to minimise leakage and impact to customer service.

The postholder will be able to find innovative ways of solving leakage problems by seeking the appropriate information and/or other methods of assessment

Working to a high level of quality it is essential that data is analysed correctly and the solutions selected are cost beneficial.
It will involve both understanding overall distribution system strategy and attention to detail in the analysis, logging data and recording changes on leakage IT platforms

It is essential that leakage is managed while we maintain levels of service to all our customers and any analysis must be fit for purpose to achieve this. Impact on other departments and their objectives should be considered. The postholder will be expected to bring a positive attitude to the team and promote innovation.

The post holder will be expected to work to a high standard and work closely colleagues. They must be able to work independently and unsupervised when in the field or at satellite offices
