If you read enough job advertisements, you’ll soon come to realise that every Building Services position in London is ‘exciting’. That each one is with an ‘excellent’ company and will hold ‘amazing’ opportunities for the ‘right person’.
How many positions that you hear of do really excite you? Do you even feel ‘excited’, motivated and challenged in your current role?
This may only be the definition of ‘exciting’ to some, but for those people, the position I’m currently recruiting for really would be worth getting out of bed for in the morning and investing their future career in.

Your character will comprise of a winning mentality, being hugely ambitious, and with the energy and drive to make the most of this opportunity. You will also need experience in being a person responsible for managing client and have active contacts that you’re currently working with and who would want to work with you again.
You will be supported by the Managing Director, and once proven, be promoted to London Office Director.
