Non Municipal Service Sales Manager
Up to £50,000 Per annum
Highfield Professional Solutions are currently seeking a Non-Municipal Service Sales Manager to cover the Non Municipal sectors within the South East Region of the UK, the successful candidate will manage a national non-municipal serviced focused team, comprising of the following activities;
The position will be responsible for the development of business created within the South East region (Service Sales focused).
Service Projects, Installs, Repair & Refurbishment Works,
Waste Water & Clean Water Products,
Treatment Products & Projects,
ICA Telemetry Products & Services,
New Product offerings such as Pure Technologies Asset Conditioning / Leakage Detection Services
Sensus Metering & Visenti Software Solutions
In addition to the above, the position will also be responsible for the development of business created in the South East region and Nationally with the non municipal focused team in the way of developing sales with customers such as Industrial, Construction, Environmental, Offshore, Ports, Airports, Road & Rail as well as Contractors and Consultants for focusing on Service sales whilst maximizing opportunity for Product Sales.
The South East role requirement will be to work with the local Service Area Manager & Service Teams to ensure above market rate growth of service sales within the region whilst ensuring an aligned and channelled approach.
To develop and maintain Account Plans and Call Plans for the above personally in the South East region and via your Non Municipal service focused team of other regions and ensure they are being followed, supported and developed by the business in order to drive growth and sustain the strong relationships already in place, thus bringing them closer to the brand.
To proactively create new, develop and maintain key contracts within the South East region ensuring discounts/rebate schemes are in a place where applicable and are up to date. The discounts/rebate schemes will need to be coordinated with the back office to ensure correct accruals of fees and discounts are applied as appropriate.
To actively manage the Service Sales Budget both for the South East region and nationally with their non-municipal focused team, whilst identifying growth areas to enhance set budgets.
To research and maintain market intelligence, including information on competitors and price levels to assist in day to day decisions and the formulation of strategy and budget planning regarding the allocated markets.
To monitor competitor performance on agreements.
Actively drive the South East region and all regions via the Non-Municipal serviced focused team for success, whilst seeking out new opportunities and leads to provide continual and incremental growth.
