Project Managers / Senior Project Managers – Central London

 

The Company

 

A strongly established and highly reputable company is seeking to recruit Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join their growing Project Management team in Central London. Operating across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, retail, public sector and education they are seeking experienced Project Managers that can hit the ground running.

The Role

 

Current commissions are a number of mixed-use development projects. Managing projects from inception to completion you will be planning, programming and monitoring progress of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting progress reports. Management of stakeholders, consultants and contractors will be required. You will be required to meet with clients and key stakeholders band to work as part of a wider team also.

What you will need

 

Candidates will have demonstrable experience of managing projects from start to finish and experience of working with a similar consultancy, developer or client will be required. Ideally you will have a construction related degree and already possess or be working towards a recognised professional qualification such as RICS, APM or CIOB.
