Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Leeds

The Company

A leading global consultancy is seeking to recruit a Project Managers as they continue to grow their project management team in Leeds due to increasing work opportunities in the Yorkshire / North West market. They will join an established team and will be instrumental in their growth strategy across their key sectors and UK wide framework clients.

The Role

Working across a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, student accommodation and public sector, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of project management services in a client facing role and will be expected to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders. You will be require to support preparation of bid submissions and fee proposals and be accountable for the commercial success of of commissions / projects under your control.

What you will need

Candidates will require a degree / HNC in a construction related discipline. You will ideally have experience working another construction consultancy. A strong understanding of contract administration specifically JCT and NEC would also be desirable. Ideally you will have n appreciation professional qualification such as MRICS or MAPM.
