Due to continued success in securing projects throughout the South East (including Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey and South London), They are looking for an exceptional Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join the highly successful teams in Epsom or Tunbridge Wells. Typical projects range in value from £1m to £20m+ and are with a variety of high profile clients giving the Project Managers a diverse and exciting workload.
This role has excellent prospects for an individual who has a strong ambition to progress. As well as technical competence, they are looking for someone with the ability to think laterally, who possesses first class communication skills, strong commercial awareness and who will provide a market leading service to our clients, a commitment to drive new business opportunities, and desire to build a team to enhance the provision of our Project Management service.

As Project Manager you will:
Deliver Project Management services across a range of market sectors in particular; residential, commercial property, education and leisure. You will support PM Team Leaders on all business issues including business development, client management, bid writing and thought leadership.
- A relevant construction qualification or Prince2 and/or working towards professional membership of recognised institution e.g. APM or RICS
- Experience of both public and private sector clients
- Excellent stakeholder and organisational skills
- Ideally, you will have experience of working in a consultancy environment
- Experience of administering JCT and NEC Construction and Professional Services contracts.
