Regional Contract Manager – Bodmin

The company

Join a National contractor with a full range of Clients and contracts nationwide, mainly based in the South West

Our client provides Facilities Management and Project Work to the commercial sector as well as maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites. This role is based primarily in around the Bodmin area, although regional travel will be required.

The position

As the Regional Manager, you will be helping clients meet the demands within the industry sectors, e.g. M&E and B&CE

You will be managing one of the key Clients for the MOD Delivering Projects and Maintaining Facilities.

  • Managing operations for an agreed portfolio e.g. Maintenance, Budgets, KPI’s
  • Support the operations manager for the business
  • Ability to obtain SC clearance
  • Full valid driving
