Job Title: Block Property Manager

The Role

* Attend meetings both in and out of the office in order to effectively manage the properties

* Provide advice both in writing and verbal to clients

* Effectively manage the administrative workload associated with the portfolio

* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements

* Keep accurate records in accordance with Company procedures

* Maintain up to date understanding of property management issues

* Managing Contractors – Instructing and arranging quotes as necessary

* Arrange annual maintenance contracts

* Overseeing section 20 process

* Hold meetings between Directors and leasers and some public speaking

* Visiting properties and carrying out property inspections

* Circulating and preparing budgets

* Other tasks as necessary, depending on requirements of your seniors

The Requirements

* Previous experience of working as a Block Manager

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to multi task and prioritise work load

* Understanding of property management issues

* Knowledge of Government legislation

Preferred IRPM/ARMA / RICS desirable, Knowledge of statutory and other regulatory procedures and practices, good standard of Math’s and English, Experience of using Qube is desirable
