Senior Site Agent,

Sussex

£45,000 – £50,000 Per annum or £300 Per day

Highfield Professional Solutions are supporting a National Contractor in the recruitment of a Senior Site Agent to work on a Water Treatment project in Sussex. To apply for this position it is essential that the candidate gas a background in Civil Engineering, with an understanding of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management and cost control including forecasting. You will ideally be qualified to a Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent and hold a valid CSCS Managers card, IOSH Certificate or SMSTS.

As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for delivery of numerous projects, to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance, while maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control. You will also be responsible for producing and implementing Project Plans, RAMS, and method statements.

Other duties will include but not be limited to –

·Preparing documentation before installations phases, such as Site management plans and RAMS.
·Reviewing and approving documentation, such as RAMS, installations projects, and testing and inspection documentation.
·Managing and control of site activities in line with health & safety, environmental and contractual specifications.
·Coordinating with the client and operational staff to manage KPI’s.
·Working with Contract engineers and planner to review progress and programme deadlines.
·Ensuring that client relationships are maintained and developed.
·Ensuring all site documents are completed.
·Undertaking site inductions and toolbox talks.
·Ensure the outputs required from the supply chain are identified and managed.
·Monitoring site costs, preparing progress reports and attending site visits/meetings.
·Preparing material & plant requisition

In return the successful candidate can expect a salary circa £45,000 – £50,000 per annum or a Day rate of £300 per day.
