Highfield have teamed up with a tier 1 contractor on a 450 million pound project in Gloucester and we are currently looking for multiple Sub Agents to join our team,

We’re looking for a Sub Agent with civils experience to join our Highways Major Projects team on a project based in Gloucester. You’ll support the Agent in specifying, scheduling, and managing engineering resources (both personnel and physical assets) to ensure the assigned project complies with design specifications. Your role will involve implementing plans safely, meeting deadlines, maintaining quality standards, and optimising customer satisfaction and gross profit.

Responsibilities
As a Sub Agent you’ll manage the technical compliance of the project to the design specification in order to fulfil the assigned project (or section) safely, on time and to the required quality.
Your day to day will include:

• Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project
• Support the Site Agent with cost management of your project, ensuring robust control of target cost, actual costs and forecasts through commercial awareness

• Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded
• Create a programme to plan and measure the day-to-day activities
• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies.

Who are we looking for?
This role of Sub Agent is great for you if have:

• Relevant qualifications – HNC, degree level, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business
• Experience in a similar role
