We’re over ten years old now, so we are not really a start-up anymore but we are certainly still growing at a fast pace. Highfield is a great place to work. Some of our team have been here since day one. Others have joined from university, college, the forces and other recruitment businesses. Career progression could be a management role, or others prefer to specialise in a niche area of our business by becoming an Account Manager.
