They might even just be seeing what the market is currently like. No matter what their circumstance, you need to gain trust and build unrivalled rapport to ensure Highfield are their first choice in agency.

    Accountabilities
Day to day, you’ll be involved in candidate name gathering, candidate management and advert response handling.

    • Sourcing and selecting industry professionals for our clients, by identifying skills to match candidates appropriately with vacancies
    • Preparing adverts for job boards and social media
    • Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
    • Networking to attract potential passive candidates, new to our database, using social media
